Organised For All offer flexibility - with the option to book ad hoc services by the hour, retainer packages with set hours to use across a month or per project. We discuss all pricing and package options to suit you during our discovery call.

Regular phone calls, text messages, emails and video calls are the top ways we like to keep in touch with our clients. We also make sure we have remote access to necessary digital documents, accounts, shared calendars and email inboxes.

Working deadlines, reviews and best methods of communication are agreed and we also keep a log of all time worked, which clients are given access to. Along with a detailed invoice for the client - outlining all work completed.

We take security, confidentiality and data protection very seriously with our clients and strict measures are put in place to work collaboratively in the safest manner. We hold Professional Indemnity/Public Liability Insurance and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). When information is shared, we strongly recommend using encrypted password managers and secure file-sharing platforms. We work from a safe and dedicated home office.
